Bolding keywords in blog post

Hey guys!
I was just looking at the Squirrly plugin for wordpress and one of the things it recommends is bolding keywords in the actual blog post to help google figure out what my content is about....

Not a problem, I actually just got penalized by google for my old link building ways and I have literally stopped link building on that site just to research what I need to do to get it out of the...

Basically what I am saying is, if you can get links in blog posts related to your site or niche that will be way more beneficial than getting your link in some directories and on blog roll lists....

You can definitely use this method but I suggest you use it in moderation. You do not want to build too many links too fast, especially if there are a lot of directories and low PR websites...
