Probably around $250-$500 but this just depends on other factors.

But there is no actual valuation on a website, apart from that it'd worth the amount the buyer wants to pay for it.

With all the new updates, and google aiming to tackle spam, i'd stay away from automated link builders and grab high quality high page rank contextual links, from the same niche that your targeting....
