For me it's the insane cost of PPC for web design-related keywords! I've seen rates as high as $50 per click for some keywords. I know PPC isn't the end-all solution for marketing, but holy crap...

Very minor change, but the number should be written as $1,000,000,000 instead of $1000,000,000. The latter strikes me as someone who doesn't know much about numbers, and it doesn't fill me with...
