I do this. My membership offer is a $3 trial for 14 days access. Then it's $27 per month after that. The content drip feeds each week and I use Easy Member Pro as membership site software.

For those asking....the Amazon gold colour for text is simply done by using h2 text. This converts automatically into the right gold colour.

free software. Write ebook in Sigil, it creates automatic contents list with hypertext links, save as epub. Then load into Calibre and convert epub into mobi file. Looks great when uploaded to Kindle!

Try this instead.

Go to settings then media and scroll to the bottom of the page to where it says "Uploading Files" and check what is in the section...
