Along this line, a giveway of a few course memberships would be a good draw and should attract the right crowd, rather than only freebie hunters.

Plus, giving away a few course memberships cost...

I see it all the time. Yes, they are a business and they (I feel) arbitrarily set bids on some keywords higher.

I have clients where their brand terms, with zero competition, require a bid of $.80...
