I would say definitely move it up, the opt in box isn't fully above the fold. Also, I'm not sure I love the headline. You could also try split testing the same page with an audio or video, it can...

I like it, one suggestion would be to put the main content in a div tag and make it like 700 or so pixels wide so that it looks a bit better, and a header/footer would be good too.
