You have a better start than the new sites but you have to do the seo job to make your advantage work. The backlinks you have must be quality...

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't think Google gonna do anything with it.

If it works, I think G gonna receive tons of such emails every day, and G won't be willing to bothered by it IMO.
