One area we look at when analyzing PPC ads is to look to see if the client is buying their own name. Typically they are already #1 organically for their own name, so why waste all that money buying...

We use one-sheeter agreements for SEO, PPC, Social and all other services we offer. Not really a binding contract but documentation they must sign that shows the terms, dates, price, etc
