Yes, because the back end sales from your list are far more important than the front end sales from your product. Giving 100% Commission is more of an incentive for affiliates to promote your product.

You need to get everything ready before you send traffic. No use sending traffic to your squeeze pages without an OTO or autoresponder messages in place.
