I probably don't use it enough for it to be a major issue to me. TT recommend a paid service which I'd consider doing if it really caused me a lot of grief. I just tend to Google free proxy servers...

I use Traffic Travis quite a bit and it's good. The only downside I ever find with it is that Google often blocks you, so you need to use a proxy server. Can be hassle but the pros outweigh the cons...
