I used to earn few $'s a day from godaddy by parking my old domains, but the money were crap to compare with the visitors that was going to my domain.

As you can see many people had a bad experience with SOME small or regular cpa networks.
You won't find a bad reviews for the networks like peerfly.
I had bad experience with ewa network, blam ads...

Have you tried different traffic source?
And what CPA companies do you use?
