The logo design is a bit painful to the eyes.
Maybe the thumbnail of the video is a bit too large? Later on you should check what is the most used resolution of you users and tweak it accordingly.

I like how the website looks - maybe you can try and make the logo pop-up a little?
I don't think that the white wordmark is visible enough.
