Thanks for everybody's input. I hope we all can learn or get better idea's of how to handle different situations and rebuttals. One things for sure, i learn something new everyday and tweak my closes...

i would try and stay in touch anyway possible. The more of a personal relationship you can make it the better. I know Gov't is a long term close. emails are good but make sure you talk to them also....
