Personally, with a relatively new website, I would start targeting keywords that have between 10 - 100 inside Google keyword tool with "Low" competition.

I will check those keywords in quotes...

Go for one niche. one specific market, one that you think you can be good at, and build something around that targeting the people interested in that market. That's my personal opinion.

I'm using Yoast too. Love that tool. I personally just make sure that my keyword is at least in the first paragraph of my post and in one of my image. Then I just write naturally not worrying about...
