Go to webmaster tools and follow the below steps

Site Configuration->Settings->Geographic Target->Australia.

This helps you to rank your site well in google.com.au

Create a notepad file and name it as robots.txt. Add the below coding in that file and upload it into your root folder.

User-agent: *
Disallow:/

This will remove your site from SERP.
