Aren't PLR articles all over the web and thus does not add value or relevancy as per Google's Search requirements?

I just finished the "manual creation" of the web 2.0 sites for this strategy. Since I have started the keyword that I was targetting has moved from 492 on google, to 12 yesterday, to #8...

I am in the same boat. Google adsense does not pay as well as it use to. The first thing you should do is google joseph archibald and read about his 40 day challenge.
