And that is the scariest part of it. He convinces sbiers that they must have done something wrong and not followed instructions, (note that Curtis says this as well) and they in turn thank him...

First thing, the web page that you recommend says this:

It then explains how I have to purchase one month of SBI but then I have the 90 day money back...
