If you are on a wordpress.org blog The Jetpack plugin has a tool called publicize in it which does this.

I had the same problem with talktalk not allowing ezinearticles and a couple of other sites not to load. I fixed the problem by changing to google public dns, if you know how to change the dns...

If you're worried about the length of the book is there a way you can split it into several smaller reports or modules as I find this method keeps my interest more than reading one really long...
