It looks like your URL has spaces in it. Go create a sample post and see what the URL slug is. For some reason it isnt example.com/dog-training-example.
You should be able to go look at those...

Go one more step and look at the sites in SEMrush. Then, google the sites to see if their rank for the keywords in SEMrush is consistant with the true rank in Google.

If I were you I would get a subscription to majesticseo and monitor the backlink building yourself!
Dont pay for rankings, pay for the work to get you optimized to rank.
