interesting...have you checked if you still share the same ranking in yahoo as you used to? it maybe because yahoo now using bing results...check your bing/yahoo ranking and see is that has changed!

Yeah I agree. You need a logo rather than just simple text. Other than that i really like the header.

I really like the design it is simple and makes you wanna stick around. I would suggest though to change the favicon to your own and remove the Joomla favicon, it helps with branding...
