Find something of value you could offer theses partners. If you build up an email list, you can tell them you will promote to their list. If you have something that they want. It will be much easier...

First off, why are you only willing to work 4 hours a day? Go at this full time. 8+ hours a day until you figure something out. Start with writing to make some money. Get $10+ an hour for your work....

I've tried something similar. It's basically 24 hours of nonstop work, and like others have said it doesn't pay out very well. It sounded good at first, but doesn't really pay off.
