Yes is the answers, If you have keywords in your domain name you will get benefit for sure but that doesn't guaranty that you will be on top positions as there are many ranking factors.

I would suggest you to make a sidebar with a title like recent post or latest post and place all your new post links there. Make sure these links are crawl able by search engines.

Its not a good idea to create a new domain for every other keyword. Its better to have the same website as you will get benefit ( Google trusts more older sites ).
