Thanks for such an informative and transparent post. I didn't realize those problems with PayPal existed and what a pain a merchant account can be when processing that kind of volume.

Your local Library is a good place to hold meetings. Here the cost is $10 per hour. They will also promote your seminar. The meeting rooms are nice and they allow you to bring in refreshments.
