Navigation is fine. Site loads SLOW though. And the Halloween floating DIV is an eyesore and that's why I left. Overall 9/10

You can add left: 10px; top: 5px; to the .bt-o style in your stylesheet but you'll still have to deal with your widget area there cutting off overlap.

Look into podcasting plugins and how to podcast. There are podcast players that can embed the audio and do the things you want it to do.

I use Headspace 2. If that's incompatible, such as when I use Thesis theme framework, then I use Yoast.

I don't like that the header takes up 1/3 of my screen and the only thing in it is the logo, which is massive. I would suggest reducing the size of the logo and use the white space to the right of...
