You might interested to check out Warrior for Hire section, contact a programmer or someone with knowledge there. It cost a bit, but better than spending days to figure to make it work

That's what CJ does to international user, however I think it's not CJ fault, it's the advertiser right to reject affiliate outside US. You can request for reconsideration to advertiser to accept you...
