We use 7Search | Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Advertising Network (http://7search.com/) with decent success. The traffic isn't the greatest quality but the clicks are cheap.

I work with a designer in the UK and I simply create placeholders in the copy and try to find examples for him to follow.

It is next to impossible (for me anyway) to describe in words what I want...

Headline could be stronger...put quotes around it and put a specific in there (number, percentage, "7 ways" etc.)

We have 3 OTOs that ascend from $97 to $997. We do not pay commissions on these OTOs but we do give 110% commissions for our front-end product.

We found more people will promote when we tell them...
