I agree, at 74 backlinks (or 90 according to Yahoo Sitesearch) you need way more. Focus on off-site SEO: building links with your keywords in the anchor text. There are tons of threads on this forum...

I would definitely put your titles in the <h1> tag and the subtitles in the <h2> tags. That will help with SEO. I'm not sure on adding the <strong> tag as well, but it could not hurt.
