Yes I would use Los anglese or the neignorhood the shop is in in the keywords. Normally these keywords dont have much competition and thats why we say its easy to rank for them.

no, images on google usually are not in public domain, you can not use it on your sites in most cases.

wikipedia has images, you usually can use them, I think. since the site is in public domain....
