you can do as dave said or just put up the same pages under different names, and add your cb payment links. once you get approved at cb, just take down your ejunkie pages and replace them with the cb...

actually, I just droppped them on the page cold (I don't use double opt-in, so I don't use any sort of "check your email" page). A somewhat better apporach would probbaly be to use a 'thank you' page...
