Continuity is key here.

Make your landing page HIGHLY relevant and TARGETED to your PAID offer.

That way the prospect is already eager for what they have seen at the landing
page.

Personally I wouldn't use a free report anymore since people will download it and won't want to buy anything until they have consumed that content.

Well you have the subscribers so thats a start. I would really be guessing, but I would say around 5/ 30 subscribers. Of course you cant sell to all of them the same product. Do you offer any other...

It is one of those 'niches' that are hard to monetize... The audience is simply too broad and these people aren't really looking for anything to buy online. I'd try different general interest CPA...
