Google Adwords campaign converts the best for Forex offer, I have used this only adwords to monetize the target traffic with very little cost. Or you can try Bing ads if you need us traffic.

Yes to the last two, not entirely sure about the first one. Instead of promoting a photo post, it might work better to promote a link post instead, and upload the photo to go with your link post....
