The company that owns the equipment and procedure domain name, do they provide a list of doctors that do this procedure? If so, it might be difficult to charge them to list on your site

You can do that, but it will also take a whole lot of work for very little return. So here's what I would do-

1) Buy the domains <ProcedureName>.com, .net, and .org. Maybe .info and .biz...

You can use certain formulas to gauge rough selling price however that may not be how much it is worth, just what you can expect to get for it....

Drop Shipping is when the supplier ships merchandise (for you) directly to your customer.
