The simple version...your follow up messages are already set up (you wrote them and their sitting their waiting to go out in a certain order and time you set). The broadcast message is like a live...

Depend of the niche.
If you sell material products as sport supplement you should send mail to inform subscribers for example about new offers.

If you sell info products as video , ebook, often...

iwriter.com is quite good if you choose elite level. Once you have added your favourite elite writers you can usually get them to write for you at the premium price.
