Sometimes it happens on days 1 and even day 2 can result in poor performance. Keep the budget low and let it run for 3 to 5 days. For some reason FB ads take a bit to run properly.

honestly, that graphic is terrible. you may want to spend a little more time on the tshirt design/word play. work on the tshirt design itself more, and you'll do fine. :)
