I have always received good luck when calling paypal for help. It seems I am able to get straight answers that way and quickly.

Did you call them? I've had nothing but great service from Paypal when I speak to their tech support in person. I had to contact them about a claim on my account recently and the guy was way cool! ...

I like it, one suggestion would be to put the main content in a div tag and make it like 700 or so pixels wide so that it looks a bit better, and a header/footer would be good too.

There is a small problem with the logo part of it in FF3. It doesn't align with the menu tabs.

Apart from that it looks really nice. The colour is good and it isn't that hard to navigate....
