No need to index them, just use a good ALT text and try to make it natural! Also, GOOGLE will index your photos itself! ;)

Dear razorif can use alt tag and title tag for all images, Suppose you didn't do it please use alt and title. This is also improve your image keyword ranking and indexing.

There is no fixed time for indexing. You have to wait while Google indexes your images at their own pace.

To gain good rankings, build links to the URLs containing the images and use your focus...
