I use Rev for transcriptions. They charge $1 per minute and can cope with any accent :)

Also do other services but they are quick and very accurate on the transcription front.

Yes I agree the font could use some work. The font that is on the header picture sort of ruins what looks to be a nice picture.

Also the "mirror" effect under the word Dumaguete at the very top...

I like this site, it looks good, and nice and clean. The only thing I might suggest is using a different font for the titles, I think it will give it a little more character.
