To start, set it for all, then once you get enough data then you can adjust on what your peak hours are for your campaign.. until you let it run you will not know

Pretty sure you have to test first, but do you know facebook just introduced day parting on their platform?

You can access it from your power editor..

once you have at least ran your campaign...

I have heard it's almost impossible to get into CPA networks if you are from certain country! It's harsh but I have heard they will automatically discard your application if you are coming from one...

Maxbounty does not give out references :) that is why newbies are accepted into Peerfly and people who earned over $10.000 in 1 network alone do not and not qualify for Peerfly .
