Create a directory named page .Put an index.html file into it .Copy contents you had in www.mysite.com/page...

You need to find a way to make the headline a part of the post instead of part of the blog setup.

You need to add a TID to your clickbank links in the control panel area. It's a blank space to add identifiers.

Otherwise you need to use a link tracking service such as Prosper202.
