In case you're thinking about selling PLR packs then I would suggest keeping the articles at a minimum length of 600 words. All my articles satisfy this parameter and I've never received any...

You can vary your length of the content... as anything less than 300 words could be used as a blog post instead of an article to be submitted to article directories.
