Well, there can be many reasons, but mainly, this happens, when you titles are not catchy enough, that you get very low CTR from search, people does not click at your website as they find other sites...

That's very good. If the traffic really is around 160 - 340 per day, and you're not even #1... You're getting a fair share of the traffic.
