Adding onto Steve's excellent answer, don't be afraid to acknowledge other experts.

A lot of the "fake it until you make it" crowd will tell you to find an expert and go sentence by sentence...

For lead I would suggest to give it free, but you could sell something after they optin for $1. Its called Tripwire. Its known idea which popular used by big name like Ryan Diess.
