You could really "mess" with them - change your price, lower it by a penny - or something like that... see if they follow :)

Yeah maybe they are. If it was plagerism you could file a DMCA report with their webhost, however it doesn't look like they copied much.

Ultimately they can offer whatever services they want. ...

I have several copying my site and my services almost verbatim to also include using the same backlinks in some cases. It is frustrating to say the least, but I dont think there is anything you can...
