Test to see. A lot of times I will direct link to a sales page and check conversions on cold traffic. Once I'm making sales I then try to increase those numbers by sending that same traffic through...

LeadPages, while not exactly cheap for what it does, is probably going to be your best option for designing turnkey landing pages.

I don't think you understand the possibilities with private link networks. Sure most folks on SEO forums are building PBNs & trying to hide the domains but that's the webmasters call. Link networks...
