I wouldn't expect anything great with 7search. I have not had much success using their traffic. I would much rather recommend Bing for a another source of quality traffic.

Test your ads with CPM to optimize the CTR. Once you have honed in on a good CTR you can start paying per click. Facebook cost per click gets cheaper as you start getting high CTR on your ads.
