I agree that you should try to have multiple formats.

I personally like text better. I can read through 100 pages of text SO much faster than going through the entire 5 hour video series.

It seems the older I get, the more I depend on learning visually. May have to do with a new prescription for my glasses, not sure.

That said, I will ALWAYS provide transcripts, eBooks, PPT, etc....
