that is a good question, I'm not sure about TV but on our platform - if you blocked white shoes you could still access red shoes. I imagine TV is the same they are very advanced.

Too bad you did make the campaign work to your advantage. I have to agree here, there might be problem with your landing page, make sure to tweak it and split test till you get success.

How many landing pages have you tested? 1?
How are you targeting?
How much are you paying for your views?

Unless the site gets tons of traffic, it normally isn't worth drilling that far down..

Your second url doesn't match the syntax of the first, so unless I am not understanding, you wouldn't have...

The problem might be your landing page.

Create different variations of your landing page just like you did with the campaigns.

A little tweak on your landing page can make a big difference...
