For indexing, just do one link, to your index/default page, for each bookmarking site. Eventually you'll want to bookmark all of your content pages but there's no need to rush this, just do a page or...

1. Do not have any obvious montization on the site, Adsense, uncloaked affiliate links, etc. This seems to slow down the process in most cases.
