I don't know for sure, but I'd suggest you do a search for 'solo ads' on Facebook. There are numerous groups devoted to the topic. Could be a path to entry.

Both of those traffic sources are terrible for solo ads. The best sellers are in three places:

1. Facebook groups
2. Skype rooms
3. Warrior Forum classifieds

Fiverr is a total waste of...
