I wouldn't promote any offers that are building an email list or advertising phone numbers, etc on the landing page. They get away with this stuff because 99% of affiliates have no idea what they are...

I have been playing with Adf.ly for about a year.

I use Worldwide traffic and Proxy traffic, which is dirt cheap.

The majority of the traffic delivered by adf.ly is from India and Singapore.
